The webinar is open to all; you can discover new ways of wellbeing even if you are not someone who has experienced trauma or trained in First Aid.
In meditation, we quieten our mind to achieve a state of relaxed awareness. Meditation is a skill we can develop through guidance and practice. It is worth being aware that meditation will not always improve mental health symptoms, however there is trauma-informed guidance for meditation available. Compassion and mental control can help us to become better First Aiders. From time to time, it is good to unplug, unwind and enjoy the natural world, as well as our inner world.
