I’m looking for help to design an online debrief process for first aiders and those impacted to help process serious incidents. My idea is to create a form with questions about the incident, and to then schedule an appointment with a trained volunteer to discuss what happened, psychologically, as well as practically, including first aid learning points, psychosocial support and signposting to further self-help resources.
